Zitrón’s air winches Z/N-E are pneumatic winches designed specifically to cope with the harsh conditions encountered in mining and civil works. They are designed for long life and low-cost operation.

Equipped with Zitrón MN-8 and MN-17 automatic lubrication of gear pneumatic motors with positive starting and precise control, air winches Z/N-E offer variable operating speed and power output that can be adjusted to meet the precise needs of your application.

The winches have a safety factor in excess of 6 at the rated load. They comply with the requirements of ASME B30.7.

Accurate and precise positioning of loads is an standard for all models Z/N-E. Control level has automatic return to zero position so that the valve shuts off automatically when released, thereby stopping the supply of compressed air to the motor and the fail-safe brake is applied automatically to the drum.

The “dead-man” safety system activates the safety brake release system and allows the winch to work. The fail safe brake is capable of holding in excess of 125% of the working load limit indefinitely.

The winch frame with a non-clogging exhaust air silencer limits the noise level to 85db(A). Winches are provided with drum guards, limiting the risk of accident or damage to the winch.
