Models Z/S

Scraper winches model Z/S are widely used in underground mining operations to move ore from mining stopes and guilles to the ore-passes. These models are mode with a solid frame, which is equipped with either electric or pneumatic motor (model Z/2S has both, electric and pneumatic motor).

The motor is directly connected to the bevel helical gearbox and double outlet shaft where the brake mechanism and traction and reverse drums are connected. There are two levers with pull rods for operating the scraper winch. Each drum is fitted by a separate steel rope, which is conducted by the guide roller. Both rope ends are fixed to the scraper shovel by clamps.

Models Z/S are equipped with hydraulic brakes. Smooth and simplify operation. The design enables the usage in small profile mines up to 45º incline.

There are different models and capacities of buckets available for various applications, and rope devices for fitting clamps and reinforced pulleys.

Two bucket models according to materials to be worked. With plate (CP) or teeth (CD), both of them heavy duty constructed.

Rope and devices for fitting the reinforcing pulley into the rock and with the available length.

Plate and teeth are made of manganese steel, with long life.

Platform for rubber loadding or transporter.
